TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE - USED VALUATION PRODUCTS

Vehicle Information Publishing Ltd have exercised all reasonable care and skill in producing all of it's used valuation products including VIPData, VIPTraderGuide (Trader Guide), VIPDealer, VIPForecast, VIPFleet and VIPConsumer.

However no liability is accepted by Vehicle Information Publishing Ltd or its employees in respect of the information supplied to the subscriber or any third party for loss of profits or other indirect or consequential loss from whatever cause.

The used valuation products are sold solely for the use of the business of the subscriber. Should copies or the prices therein be passed to non-subscribing businesses or any other unauthorised person (except in the normal course of business and not for commercial gain in its own right) the subscription will terminate forthwith and no further copies will be supplied to the subscribing businesses and any un-expired portion of the subscription will not be refunded.

Vehicle Information Publishing Limited reserves the right at its sole discretion to decline any subscription or renewal thereof tendered to them and may terminate a subscription at any time if these terms and conditions are breached.

A subscription is a commitment to twelve months supply. In the event of cancellation by the subscriber, no part of the subscription may be refunded.
