All our used value data is initially based on actual sale evidence combined with anecdotal industry feedback. This is fed into our state of the art SQL databases. Our in-house designed software allows price manipulation in a unique and truly independent way, and relies heavily on our huge experience in this field (over 80 years combined experience).

Vehicle Information Publishing ONLY employ motor industry experts with at least 15 years of previous experience BOTH in the motor trade and in valuation publishing. We insist on talking directly with the people buying and selling used vehicles.

Auction Sales Feeds
Direct daily updates of actual sale data from a number of the key players.
We receive between 500,000 and 1,000,000 pieces of data per year. Indirect sale data via a variety of channels covering the whole of the UK, including smaller auction houses.

Industry Feedback

30 years worth of contacts from franchise dealers, dealer groups, independent dealers and traders.
Actual sale information as well as anecdotal feedback is taken into account. We talk to hundreds of contacts on a daily basis.

Fleet Data

A major source of sale data. We talk to remarketing and sale managers on a regular basis to discuss volumes, model mixes, supply and demand.

Manufacturer Contacts

Direct sale data of daily rental, management and demo stock vehicles from many of the majors players.

National Classifieds

These are scanned daily, providing us with trends which are then investigated further. This is vital for Retail advertised prices and market volumes.
